In the water supply and sewage treatment process, the pressure sensor is used to provide important control and monitoring methods for system protection and quality control. The sensor design not only needs to consider its withstand extremely harsh working conditions, such as extreme temperature, mechanical shock and vibration. , But also need to be able to provide normal output conditions. For example, when the single-stage centrifugal high-speed fan is running, the oil pressure of the cooling/lubricating oil must be greater than 2.5KG/per square centimeter. If the oil pressure is lower than this value, the blower is not allowed to start. It should be pointed out that the unipolar high-speed centrifugal blower originally used the electric contact spring tube pressure gauge to measure the oil pressure and constitute the point-open interlock, but its node capacity is only 10VA, so the general pressure sensor is easy to damage and the failure rate is high. The pressure transmitter with high performance, high stability and limited setting alarm relay output function provided by the company in the product selection not only improves the damage rate of customers, but also can make early warning and alarm settings for oil pressure. Once triggered At the appropriate pressure point, there will be a pre/alarm prompt, which effectively alleviates the possibility of super-nuclear operation of the fan. The pressure sensor converts the pressure (generally the pressure of a liquid or gas) into an electrical signal output. The pressure electrical signal can also be used to measure the liquid level of a static fluid, so it can be used to measure the liquid level. The sensitive components of the pressure sensor are mainly composed of a silicon cup sensor, silicone oil, isolation diaphragm and air duct. The measured medium pressure P is transmitted to one side of the silicon cup component through the isolation diaphragm and silicone oil (see right picture 1), atmospheric reference The pressure po is applied to the other side of the silicon cup element through the air duct. The silicon cup element is a cup-shaped single crystal silicon wafer with a very thin bottom. The bottom diaphragm of the cup produces elastic deformation with very small displacement under pressure P and Po. Monocrystalline silicon is an ideal elastic body, its deformation is strictly proportional to pressure, and its recovery performance is excellent. The four bridge resistors formed by the semiconductor diffusion process on the silicon diaphragm are arranged so that when the silicon diaphragm is deformed by pressure, the two resistors on the diagonal are under compressive stress, and the other two resistors are under tensile stress. Due to the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon, the resistance of the two opposite resistors increases, and the resistance of the other two resistors decreases.
