In order to enhance the work skills of employees and improve the quality of the workforce, recently, the company has carried out quality awareness training for employees in stages and levels according to the needs of enterprise development, and further promoted the company's lean management. 　　The training is divided into three aspects. First, through typical cases to understand that "quality is the lifeline of an enterprise"; the second is to establish a quality concept; to convey the importance of establishing a quality concept to employees.
