Adopting PVC membrane ammonia ion-selective electrode as the core detection technology and equipped with an intelligent temperature compensation system, this sensor effectively eliminates interference from ambient temperature fluctuations, enabling rapid and accurate detection of ammonia nitrogen concentration in water. Compared with traditional testing equipment, it requires no complicated pre-treatment procedures, featuring simple detection processes and low operation and maintenance costs for outstanding cost-effectiveness and practicality. Capable of 24/7 uninterrupted online monitoring, it fully meets the demands of regular water quality management. The device supports two-point calibration with simple operations to quickly correct detection errors and sustain long-term data accuracy.

Fitted with a patented ammonium ion electrode and adopting an innovative high-pressure reference system, the internal reference solution seeps out slowly and evenly through the microporous salt bridge under 100KPa pressure, maintaining a stable reference system at all times. This design greatly slows down electrode wear compared with ordinary industrial electrodes, extending the service life of the equipment and cutting the costs and labor associated with frequent component replacement.Compatible with industrial intelligent control systems, the sensor is equipped with a standard RS-485 bus output and supports the universal Modbus/RTU industrial protocol. It can seamlessly connect with various third-party industrial equipment including PLC, DCS, industrial controllers, touch screens and paperless recorders. With stable and efficient data transmission, it can be easily integrated into automatic monitoring systems to facilitate the intelligent and digital transformation of water quality monitoring.
