The integrated wind speed & direction sensor features a high‑quality aluminium‑alloy housing manufactured by precision die‑casting with special moulds. It delivers minor dimensional tolerances and high surface finish, with advantages of high mechanical strength, water resistance, corrosion resistance, anti‑aging performance and superior weather resistance. Internal circuits are fully protected, fitted with military‑grade cable connectors with outstanding anti‑corrosion and anti‑erosion performance, enabling long‑term operation outdoors and under harsh complex working conditions. The built‑in imported bearing system guarantees the accuracy of wind speed and direction data acquisition at hardware level, effectively preventing data deviation and jamming caused by long‑time operation.

In terms of core configuration and electrical performance, the device adopts military‑grade Grade‑A PCB circuit modules and imported industrial‑grade chips for stable and reliable electrical performance and strong anti‑electromagnetic‑interference capability. It features wide environmental adaptability, operating stably within ‑20℃ ~ +50℃ and 35%‑85% non‑condensing relative humidity. It effectively resists external electromagnetic, temperature and humidity interferences to sustain consistent monitoring accuracy. Featuring low power consumption, wide power‑supply compatibility and excellent data linearity, it supports stable long‑distance signal transmission with extremely low long‑term failure rate.

Boasting excellent performance parameters, it covers wind‑speed measuring range of 0‑50 m/s and 16‑point omnidirectional wind‑direction monitoring across full 0‑360° range with wind‑direction resolution up to 22.5°, achieving industry‑leading measurement accuracy. It supports multiple output types: 4‑20 mA current, 0‑5 VDC, 0‑10 VDC voltage and RS485, offering great compatibility with most mainstream measurement‑and‑control devices on the market.
