Adopting an integrated sensing structure, the smart pH sensor takes the glass indicator electrode and reference electrode as its core measuring unit. It accurately collects pH values by capturing potential difference changes of the working cell in the solution. Equipped with automatic temperature compensation, the smart pH sensor effectively eliminates interferences caused by temperature fluctuations to monitoring data, guarantees measurement accuracy under diverse working conditions, and perfectly meets the requirements of round‑the‑clock uninterrupted online monitoring.


The smart pH sensor delivers outstanding performance with remarkable core advantages. Built‑in dual high‑impedance differential amplifiers grant it excellent anti‑electromagnetic‑interference capability for complex industrial conditions. It features fast response and minimal data drift, maintaining superior measurement stability and accuracy even during long‑term continuous operation. Its measurement accuracy reaches 0.1 pH, the measuring range covers 0‑14 pH, and the temperature detection range is 0‑60 ℃, fully satisfying parameter testing demands for conventional water quality monitoring.

 


In terms of hardware design and compatibility, the smart pH sensor balances practicality and universality. It adopts high‑quality PPS housing with IP68 high‑level protection, providing dustproof, waterproof and anti‑corrosion properties to withstand harsh working conditions such as high humidity and sewage immersion. Its pressure resistance ranges from 0 to 4 bar for great adaptability to various working scenarios. Compact in overall dimension, it is fitted with standard NPT3/4 connecting thread for easy installation and deployment without system shutdown, supporting uninterrupted online monitoring. A 5‑meter signal cable is supplied as standard, and customized length is available to satisfy distance requirements of different installation sites.


For signal transmission, the smart pH sensor is equipped with a mature digital sensing system, supporting dual output modes of 4‑20 mA current output and RS485 serial port with Modbus‑RTU protocol compatibility. It can be quickly connected to third‑party industrial equipment such as PLC, DCS, industrial control computers and recorders. Stable and efficient data transmission facilitates integration into automatic control systems to realize real‑time upload, recording and management of monitoring data, promoting intelligent and automatic upgrading of water quality monitoring.
