Dot Matrix Infrared Temperature Sensor Redefines Temperature Measurement
2025-06-25
In order to cope with complex and harsh industrial environments, Firstrate has launched a new generation of FST600-400B dot matrix infrared temperature sensor. The dot matrix infrared temperature sensor accurately captures the infrared radiation emitted by the target through a highly sensitive infrared array detector, quickly calculates its surface temperature, and does not need to be in direct contact with the target, avoiding the limitations and safety hazards of traditional contact temperature measurement. It is particularly suitable for high temperature, high pressure, high-speed movement or target objects that are difficult for people to approach, such as heating electrical components, running mechanical equipment, chemical reaction vessels, etc.

Unlike the common infrared thermometers on the market, the dot matrix infrared temperature sensor adopts a 16×4 dot matrix pixel design, which can sense multiple temperature point information at the same time, and realize more precise and wider-angle thermal distribution monitoring. This design makes temperature anomalies nowhere to hide, providing users with more comprehensive temperature measurement dimensions and analysis data support, especially suitable for application scenarios with uneven heat sources or obvious multi-point measurement needs.
The infrared temperature sensor has an excellent temperature measurement range and accuracy, supports a temperature measurement range of -20~300°C, and combined with the RS485 interface, it can achieve stable data output and remote network communication, making it possible for users to easily build a digital monitoring system.

In order to adapt to the harsh on-site environment, the dot matrix infrared temperature sensor shell is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel material, which not only has good corrosion resistance, but also can operate stably for a long time under high temperature, dusty and humid conditions. The IP65 protection level further guarantees its reliability, and it can be used with peace of mind whether it is installed outdoors or deployed in an industrial environment.
It is worth mentioning that the sensor also supports multiple viewing angles for customization, ensuring the best temperature measurement coverage and positioning effect under different monitoring requirements. With flexible installation methods and 5~30V wide voltage power supply design, it truly achieves "plug and play, worry-free installation". Whether it is in the overheating warning of power equipment, temperature consistency control in the food industry, or in the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry, construction, medical treatment and other fields with high temperature sensitivity, dot matrix infrared temperature sensors can provide stable, efficient and accurate temperature measurement solutions.
