(Summary description)1. How does the FST700-101 submersible liquid level transmitter measure the liquid level depth corresponding to the pressure range of the sensor? Answer: According to the pressure unit conversion table: 15℃mmH2O=0.00979Kpa is approximately equal to 0.01Kpa, and then 1M=1000mm, after conversion, the pressure range of 1M water depth=10Kpa is measured. Similarly, the range of 10M=100Kpa 20M=200Kpa is used for conversion. 2. Does the measured value of FST700-101 input type liquid level transmitter deviate from the actual value? Answer: The deviation of the measured value is roughly as follows: A. The water inlet hole of the sensor is blocked; B. Whether the air guide hole on the cable is blocked; C. Sensor failure; 3. The output signal of the capacitive liquid level transmitter is unstable? Answer: The signal output is unstable: A. The medium measured by the transmitter fluctuates; B. The transmitter wiring is not tied; C. The anti-interference ability of the liquid level transmitter is not strong (confirm whether there are interference sources around, such as motors, inverters, etc.); D. The transmitter wiring is not tied; E. Transmitter failure; 4. FST700-204 capacitive intelligent oil level sensor signal output type and calibration method? Answer: There are two output modes of intelligent oil level sensor: analog type and digital type; Analog type sub-voltage 0-5V/0-10V, current 4-20mA; The digital type is RS232 and RS485; Calibration method: The analog type is external wire calibration (the zero point and full-scale wire are respectively short-circuited to ground, and the zero point and full-scale are calibrated); Digital type is digital communication calibration; (Specifically according to our product manual, there are detailed instructions) 5. There is no signal output from the capacitive water level sensor? Answer: No signal output situation: A. Wrong wiring (check the wiring of the sensor); B. The wire itself is open or short-circuited; C. The power supply has no output or the power supply does not match (check whether the input power supply meets the power supply range); D. The sensor is damaged;
