FST100-1002 Low Power Pressure sensor are based on MEMS technology, the use of advanced glass micro-solution process, to avoid the temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue and media on the product to strengthen the long-term stability of the sensor in the industrial environment. The pressure chamber is made of A17-4PH stainless steel with no weld or "O" ring, no leakage.
