【Product Overview】

The online intrinsically safe explosion-proof infrared temperature sensor measures infrared radiation energy through infrared detectors (thermistors and photoelectric detectors) and converts it into electrical signals, and then converts it into temperature according to the basic law of radiation and displays the temperature signal through a display instrument. It is mainly composed of optical systems, photoelectric detectors, signal amplifiers and signal processing.

Infrared temperature sensors can be used to measure the temperature of mechanical devices in areas with high or low temperatures, high voltages, and high-speed operation, and the measurer does not have to be close to these specific environments. At the same time, the product has a fast response speed and high sensitivity. Since it is a non-contact measurement, the measurement process will not change the temperature of the object being measured, so the measurement results are true and reliable.

The explosion-proof performance of this intrinsically safe infrared temperature sensor complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.4-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 4: Intrinsically Safe "i"". The intrinsically safe explosion-proof mark is ExiaIICT6Ga, which is suitable for Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2. It is allowed to be used in IIC explosive gas environments. T6 indicates that the surface temperature of the equipment cannot be higher than 85°C.
